Arturs Liepa, born and raised in Latvia, is an up-and-coming Latvian triathlete you should keep an eye on. Arturs started triathlon at the age of seven and was introduced to the sport by his father and coach Maris Liepa. Arturs started his sports career as a swimmer and has tried many sports, but has stuck with swimming, which later became triathlon.
Arturs believes that triathlon forces you to commit in a way that you can not cheat your way through, and that’s what makes triathlon so beautiful and painful.
