Biography

Competed in my 1st triathlon in Kingston, Ontario Canada in 1986 - and have done triathlons of all distances. My career highlights include a 7th in Olympic Distance in the World Championships in London 2012, a second in age ( by 70s seconds ) in Ironman World Championships, Kona in 2018 ; won my Age Group in Triathlon World Championships in 2015 ( in Motala, Sweden) and in Almere, Netherlands in 2021 and winning my AG in Ironman 70.3 Weymouth in 2022.
