Important information regarding the registration process:
Your athletes must be also registered in the LOC entries system to finalize the registration process. Once your athletes are also registered through the LOC entries’ system, they will accepted to compete in the 2017 Sankt Wendel ETU Powerman Middle Distance Duathon European Championships. The start and finish will be in the town centre (close to Schloßplatz). The transition area (from running
to cycling and then back to running again) will be located in the Bosenbach Stadium. Start numbers
will be issued and the opening celebration with a pasta party will take place in the hall building. The
pre-race briefing will take place at the Bosenbach Stadium before the race. The terrain for the running
and cycling courses around St. Wendel has a hilly profile with several inclines.

The official distance for the Powerman Middle Distance European Championship is 10 km of
running/60 km of cycling/10 km of running (for elites and open to amateur athletes)
The first running stage will take place on a 5 kilometre round circuit which must be completed twice.
The subsequent 20 km cycling course must be completed three times.
For the second 10 km running stage, the 5 kilometre course must be run twice.
