14:00 - 15:00 Bike Familiarization - Centro Turistico San Buenaventura.
16:00 – 17:00 – Packet Pick Up. Club Internacional, CATIE Campus.

Sunday 17th July:

          04:30 – 5:50 – Parking for event open/close – CATIE Campus

          05:00 – 05:30 – T2 Open/Close for running equipment drop off- ALL Categories

          05:15 – 05:45 – T1 Open/Close for cycling equipment drop off and equipment check. – ALL Categories

          05:30 – 05:55 – Warm up open/close – Elite and Juniors

          06:00 – YOUTH EVENT STARTS

          05:45 – 06:30 – Athlete’s Lounge Open/Close for Uniform Check – Elite and Juniors – Area near T1

          06:30 – 07:15 – T1 Open/Close for Bike Check – Elite and Juniors          

          06:30 – AGE GROUP EVENT STARTS        

          07:30 – ELITE AND JUNIORS EVENT – MALES – START

          08:00 – ELITE AND JUNIORS EVENT – FEMALES – START
